Term Accreditation

Affiliation with ICTRD is open to companies, Education institutes and organizations which share the council’s vision and objectives, and are willing to abide by the basic culture, research guidelines and documents like “Declaration of Principle” and “Code of Ethics” that bind all our affiliates.

Accreditation is a process in which certification of competency, authority, or credibility is presented (Wikipedia).

If ICTRD issues accreditation certificate to any entity that means ICTRD tested the standards of products and services as per ICTRD’s parameters and found proficient in that. Accreditation is also referred as certification in some cases. Qualified applicant will be known as Accredit member of ICTRD.

Term Affiliation

Affiliation means to adopt or accept as a member, subordinate or associate.

If ICTRD issues affiliation certificate to any entity, that means affiliate member is willing to abide by research guidelines and documentation as per ICTRD given guidelines. The agreement like “Declaration of Principle” and “Code of Ethics” bind all our affiliates. Qualified applicant will be known as Affiliate member of ICTRD. Clients and other associates of any affiliate may submit their complaints to ICTRD about the products and services of ICTRD affiliate member.

Term Criteria

Membership of ICTRD is a Professional recognition of special accomplishment. It provides opportunities for those interested in Technology, and wants to join with like-minded persons on the local, regional, national, and international levels. ICTRD Always target 4 avenues for a fruitful association.

       Education and corporate training.

       Legal Assistance.

       Technical support.

       Mechanical and Electronic Products.

       Appropriate Technology.

       Research, Development and Publication.

       Social and Non Profit Organizations.

Procedures for Affiliation & Accreditation

  • Applicant will submit a Letter of Intent ICTRD Secretariat or fill the Online Affiliation / Accreditation form.

  • ICTRD Secretariat will respond and ask for application fee as per category and give list of requirements / Documentation.

  • Applicant will submit requirements.

  •   Copy of registration papers of Company/ Firm/ Institution.

       Copy of constitution and by-laws.

       Annual report for the past two years.

       Information about available products and Services.

       Quality Certificate or Certificate of Satisfied Services from clients.

       Copy of brochure, publication or write-up (If Any).

       Audited financial statements for the past two years (Case Specific).

       Board Resolution of intent to apply for affiliation of ICTRD.

       Reference Certificate of any ICTRD Member.


       Note: Requirements may vary for Accreditation and Certification process.

  • ICTRD Regional Cluster Representative will conduct background check on applicant and if will issue
    endorsement of the application.

  • The application will be presented to the ICTRD Board of Trustees who will discuss and approve the
    application.

  • If the result is positive, Certificate of Affiliation will be awarded after collection of Affiliation Fees.
