No refund or transfer of the registration fee will be allowed in case of cancellation by the participant.

Refunds for duplicate payments can only be initiated if the user writes to us at contact@ictrd.org within 24 hours of the transaction.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Note: All payments related to the PBM course will be refunded exclusively by our exam partner, INDEED DIGITAL.
