Nagpur:- “Teachers are Harbingers to users in unprecedented transformation shift in the teaching-learning process being facilitated by National Education Policy -2020. In line with the glorious legacy of the ancient Bharatiya civilization, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is poised to resonate with the aspirations of today’s youth, empowering them to excel in their chosen careers. However, certain national and regional political parties, in collusion with pseudo-intellectual elements, are conspiring to dismantle the framework of NEP 2020. The central government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will not allow these anti-national forces to achieve their destructive aims”, said Madhya Pradesh Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya.

Vijayvargiya was speaking at the Diwali Milan meet of academicians, organized by Manthan for Academia, an educational organization focused on bringing constructive changes to higher education. He further highlighted the stark contrast between opposition leaders of the past and present. Sharing an anecdote, he recalled that when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the opposition leader, he never criticized or disrespected the motherland on foreign soil. Instead, he supported the then-ruling government in safeguarding the nation’s honor. In contrast, today’s opposition leaders openly and, in a sadistic manner, tarnish the dignity of the country on international platforms. Vijayvargiya emphasized that teachers are the backbone of the nation, and NEP 2020 recognizes their pivotal role in nation-building.
